ZK Sync

Privacy Policy

ZK Sync is an internal tool for authorized ZK operators and supervisors. It connects a Master Agent back-office to the ZK platform and keeps your acquisition results up to date — nothing more.

Last updated: August 5, 2026

What it accesses

  • Your ZK sign-in session and email

So you stay logged in to ZK and don't have to re-enter your email each time.

  • Your back-office session — only on sites you enable

On a Master Agent back-office you explicitly enable, ZK Sync reads your active session token and your acquisition results (signups, first-time deposits, and deposit/withdrawal activity) for your account.

  • Your back-office login identity

Your username or account id, used solely to route the synced results to the correct ZK account.

How it's used

The data above is sent to the ZK platform (api.zkmessaging.app and ZK's Supabase project) solely to keep your acquisition results current in ZK.

Data is stored locally in your browser to maintain your session, remember which sites you've enabled, and resume an interrupted sync. It is never used for any purpose beyond syncing your results.

What it does NOT do

  • Run on sites you haven't explicitly enabled.
  • Track your general web browsing.
  • Sell or share your data with third parties.
  • Use your data for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending.

Storage, retention & deletion

Local data lives in your browser's extension storage and is removed when you sign out or remove the extension.

Synced results are stored in the ZK platform under your organization's account and are governed by ZK's data practices and your organization's agreement.

Permissions

ZK Sync uses least-privilege permissions. It talks to ZK's own endpoints by default, and access to any Master Agent back-office is an optional, per-site permission you grant at the moment you enable that site — never a blanket access to every website.
